Ground Magnesium Limestone (GML) is dolomitic limestone that is grounded into fine powder form. It contains: 15% Magnesium oxide (MgO) & 40% Calcium oxide (CaO).
As fertiliser, GML has two functions. Its Calcium Oxide (CaO) content improves soil pH while its Magnesium Oxide (MgO) content provides the source for magnesium. Magnesium is essential for plants in the formation of chlorophyll. Magnesium also need for reinforcing rods, accelerating the maturity of plants and improving crop yield and quality.
